UGC (User-Generated Content) is any content—like photos, videos, reviews, or posts—created by real people (customers or fans) rather than the brand itself, showing real experiences with a product or service

UGC Content Creation Agreement
The Buziness Bar
This agreement is between The Buziness Bar (“Creator”) and the client (“Client”) starting on the date of purchase.
1. What I Will Do (Scope of Work)
The Buziness Bar will create user-generated content (UGC) based on the package you select.
This may include:
- Short-form videos
- Product demos
- Lifestyle-style content
- Voiceover or talking videos
The number of videos, style, and details will depend on your package or what we agree on in messages.
2. How You Can Use the Content (Usage Rights)
Once full payment is made, you can use the content for:
- Social media posts
- Your website
- Email marketing
Important: Content is for organic (regular) posting only unless a paid ads license is purchased.
3. Paid Ads Usage (Additional License Required)
If you would like to use the content for paid advertising (such as Instagram ads, TikTok ads, Facebook ads, or boosted posts), you must purchase a Paid Ads License.
This license will outline:
- Where the content can be used (platforms)
- How long you can use it (time period)
Paid ads usage is not included in standard packages and requires an additional fee.
4. Who Owns the Content (Ownership)
The Buziness Bar owns all content created.
You are allowed to use the content based on the terms above, but you may NOT:
- Resell the content
- Give the content to others to use
- Claim the content as something you created
The Buziness Bar can use the content for:
- Portfolio
- Marketing
- Social media
5. Payment
- All payments are made through Fiverr
- Payment must be completed before work begins
- Work starts after you submit all required information
If you request extra work or revisions outside your package, there may be an additional charge.
6. Project Timeline & Ending the Project
This agreement starts when you place your order and ends when the project is completed.
The Buziness Bar may cancel the project if:
- You do not send required information
- Communication stops or is delayed
- Agreement terms are not followed
No refunds will be given for completed work.
7. Independent Work Relationship
The Buziness Bar is an independent business, not an employee or partner of the Client.
8. Responsibility (Indemnification)
The Client is responsible for how the content is used.
The Buziness Bar is not responsible for:
- How the content is used after delivery
- Any issues from misuse of the content
- Any problems related to the Client’s product, brand, or materials
